Sugargoo Spreadsheet for USA

Plan a Sugargoo order to the United States with a source-link record, a QC decision and a separate USD budget. This independent guide connects the existing finds catalogue with a practical cost worksheet; a spreadsheet listing is a research starting point, not proof of stock or quality.

Build a US order record

Save the original seller URL, listing date, selected size or variant, quantity and the price actually shown at checkout. Keep Chinese yuan (CNY) item costs separate from USD card charges. Write down the conversion date and payment-provider fee rather than assuming that a displayed dollar price is your final charge.

Check the item before international shipping

Open the seller listing again before ordering. Compare the selected variant with your order and the warehouse QC images. Save measurements when fit matters; a size label alone does not establish the fit. Mark your decision as pending, accepted or return requested, and record the date. A catalogue image does not verify the item in your parcel.

Compare shipping to your actual US destination

Enter the United States and your parcel details in Sugargoo’s current freight estimator. Record the route name, quote time, packed weight, dimensions, chargeable weight if shown and any included services. Check route restrictions for your item type. Treat the estimate and the paid parcel charge as separate records; no universal route or delivery time is promised here.

Budget for import charges without old assumptions

Use current US Customs and Border Protection guidance before shipping. Do not reuse an old duty-free allowance from a haul post. Keep duties, taxes and courier processing charges as separate fields and leave an unconfirmed amount as Unknown. Save the invoice, payment record, declaration and carrier notice with the parcel ID.

Worked USD allocation example

Illustrative numbers only: if a two-item parcel has USD 30 in recorded shared shipping charges and item weights of 0.6 kg and 0.4 kg, a weight-only split assigns USD 18 and USD 12. These are allocated costs, not shipping quotes. Add each item’s own paid cost and any known import charge; never silently count an unknown tax as zero.
