Sugargoo Spreadsheet for Canada

A Canadian Sugargoo spreadsheet should connect the seller link and QC decision to your actual CAD payments and destination. Use the existing catalogue for research, then verify the source listing. We are an independent guide; catalogue inclusion does not confirm seller inventory, authenticity or shipping eligibility.

Record province and delivery method

Write the destination province or territory and whether the available route uses mail or a courier. Keep the original seller URL, variant, quantity and research date with the order ID. The country alone is not a complete record for checking applicable taxes or carrier charges.

Track CAD payments rather than a dollar symbol

A dollar sign may refer to a different currency. Label every amount CNY, CAD or the currency actually quoted. Record item and domestic-delivery costs, the paid CAD card or wallet charge, conversion date and provider fee. Enter packing and international shipping separately so the parcel total can be checked against the receipts.

Compare a Canadian shipping estimate with the paid parcel

Use Canada and the real parcel measurements in Sugargoo’s current estimator. Save the route, quote date, weight, dimensions, chargeable weight if shown, restrictions and included services. Keep that snapshot when you later record the final paid shipping charge. Do not borrow another buyer’s delivery time as a promise for your parcel.

Distinguish taxes from courier clearance fees

Consult the Canada Border Services Agency’s mail or courier guidance. Record any assessed GST/HST/PST and duty separately from a courier’s customs-clearance service fee. Check your actual destination and shipment conditions; an exemption described for a different origin or delivery method is not automatically yours. Leave unassessed amounts Unknown.

Keep the documents needed to resolve a difference

Save the seller invoice, payment proof, parcel declaration, tracking number and any CBSA or carrier assessment. If a paid amount differs from the estimate, record the difference and its source rather than overwriting the original quote. For a QC concern, retain the measurement or photo that explains your acceptance or return decision.
